Responsibilities:

• Utilise Big Data and Machine Learning to build predictive models
• Monitor performance and continuously improve the teams live production Data Science models
• Promote innovation and identify new data sources and products
• Conduct Data Science research on business critical topics
• Coordinate cross-functional analytical initiatives
• Manage the development and deployment of Data Science solutions
• Envision, influence and lead Data Science efforts to excellence by recruiting, promoting and developing a highly motivated Data Scientist team

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics)
• Experience managing, leading and motivating a team of Data Analysts
• 5+ years relevant professional experience
• Experience with database systems (e.g. SQL, Spark, Hadoop, and SAS)
• Passion for people management and fluent in English
• Strong background of complex modelling and advanced analytical techniques
