The Job:

• Lead the team of Product Designers and collaborate with stakeholders
• Build and implement a long term product design strategy
• Empower and mentor designers on your team, with productivity and positivity
• Adopt a hands-on approach to help the team with concept development
• Make sure designs meet style guides and are of a high quality, and build the best possible product for customers

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years professional experience as a Product Designer
• Excellent skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision, with a clear knowledge of when each tool should be used
• Experience leading 3+ people design teams
• Confidence in concepting as well as running sprints across UX research, IA, wireframes, and visual design features
• Experience building and maintaining a product design strategy, style guides and streamlined UI/UX workflows
• Deep understanding of design thinking
• Good English communication skills
