Responsibilities:
1. Support, invest in and mentor the team of engineers as they tackle an ambitious roadmap
2. Represent engineering to internal and external stakeholders
3. Hire, onboard and strengthen the culture as the team doubles from 9 to 18
4. Sync and coordinate engineering wide activities as the engineering team splits into cross functional squads
5. Think strategically and own the important-but-not-urgent tasks
6. Code and execute alongside the team you lead

Requirements:
1. Experience growing, mentoring, and managing

4. A strong technical background
