Skills:

R – This is a must have, someone who is at expert level
SQL – Good SQL experience needed, will also consider someone at mid-level
Python – This is more of a nice to have, would be great if you are at least mid-level
Machine Learning experience
You have a master degree OR PhD – ideally in the area of statistics, mathematics, physics….
Would be nice to have good knowledge of Big Data technologies, as example Apache Spark, Cassandra, MapReduce, ElasticSearch, MongoDB etc..
Would be nice to have knowledge of deep learning tools
