Responsibilities:

• Improve agile practices, keeping the team productive
• Find new ways of working and help teams learn how to share knowledge
• Hep improve cross tech hub collaboration
• Sell ideas to directors and get them to improve their way of working

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in coaching multi-cultural technical teams
• Experience on Kanban and Scrum
• Able to handle multiple teams at the same time
• Experience training teams to be more self-standing
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Knowledge on Guilds or Fellowships
• Experience handling conflict
• Experience visualising a teams current status and planning ways to improve
